Pandangan dari para pemuda adat"},"content":{"rendered":" <p><strong>Ditulis oleh: Burhan<\/strong><\/p>\n <p>Saya berasal dari Komunitas Adat Turungan, salah satu komunitas adat di pelosok negeri yang di selimuti deretan pegunungan, tepat di Desa Turungan Baji, Kecamatan Sinjai Barat, Kabupaten Sinjai, Sulawesi Selatan<\/p>\n <p>Komunitas adat tempat saya berdomisili juga telah mengalami hal serupa seperti yang dialami oleh hampir semua Masyarakat Adat di seluruh Nusantara. Mengalami pergeseran budaya, intimidasi dari berbagai pihak dan bahkan berujung pada kriminalisasi Masyarakat Adat. Bahkan kearifan lokal juga semakin terkikis oleh modernisasi. Meski demikian masih ada contoh kearifan lokal yang tetap terjaga, misalnya alat musik. Inilah cerita mahakarya leluhur yang hingga kini masih bertahan. <\/p>\n <p>Kecapi, adalah salah satu alat musik instrumen tradisional dari daerah Sulawesi Selatan atau dikenal sebagai etnis Bugis Makassar. Secara bentuk alat musik kecapi menyerupai bentuk perahu dan alat musik dawai ini memiliki dua senar. Biasanya, kecapi dimainkan dalam pertunjukan seni, syukuran selepas panen raya maupun appaleppasa nia\u2019 (berjanji bila berhasil melakukan sesuatu yang direncanakan akan menghadirkan pemain kecapi untuk memainkan di rumahnya). Bila tidak ditepati, orang yang sudah berjanji tersebut akan kerasukan (dimasuki makhluk halus) atau sakit dan tidak akan sembuh kecuali dengan menepati janjinya, begitu sakralnya alat musik kecapi. Cara pembuatan kecapi pun sangat rumit, bahkan di Sinjai, Sulawesi Selatan sendiri hanya beberapa orang lagi yang bisa membuatnya.<\/p>\n <p>Ada keistimewaan lain yang kami miliki. Komunitas Adat kami memang terbilang miskin, namun bukan berarti terbelakang. Hanya di miskinkan secara struktural oleh negara secara tidak langsung. Namun kami, walau miskin tapi punya segalanya untuk bertahan hidup. Kami punya sawah yang menghasilkan beras, kami punya sungai yang jernih untuk ikan bertelur dan agar bisa kami tangkap, kami punya sayur, kami punya buah-buahan yang segar. Kami juga punya hutan yang lebat, rimbun nan hijau terlebih udara yang sangat menyegarkan. Itu semua adalah keistimewaan yang tidak saya temui di kota atau pun di beberapa tempat lainnya. <\/p>\n <p>Dari sekian banyaknya keunikan, satwa serta damainya kondisi sosial atau hijaunya hutan. Ini semua tanggung jawab kita selaku pemuda adat sebagai generasi penerus. Problematik tersebut merupakan tantangan bagi kami selaku pemuda adat. <\/p>\n <p>Pesan saya kepada seluruh kalangan terutama para pemuda dan kepada pemerintah agar memperhatikan, mengakui dan melindungi kami sebagai masyarakat adat. Tanpa pengakuan dan perlindungan dari negara, Masyarakat Adat semakin terpinggirkan dan jangan sampai seluruh kearifan lokal hanya akan menjadi kenangan.
