After speaking to the local shaman the community made \u2018bedara\u2019 an offering and\u00a0 pardoning ritual to divert the spirit path that ran beneath the family\u2019s house that was making them sick.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n <p><strong>Apai Gajah talks us through the different steps of the ritual as we watch the community come together for \u2018bedara\u2019. The family have had no health complaints since.<\/strong><\/p>\n <p><strong>Indigenous communities have a close connection to the land including spiritual beliefs that often mean they don\u2019t see
