We\u2019re excited you have decided to organise a screening of an If Not Us Then Who film.<\/strong><\/h3>\n

This page is designed to help you think about your event planning to make sure it\u2019s a success.<\/p>\n

Getting started<\/strong><\/h3>\n
    \n
  1. Select a film or two that resonate with you most, or are most relevant to your studies or your passions. <\/li>\n
  2. Take a look at our partner films as well, we do not have as much supporting content at this time but can help put you in touch with the right group.<\/li>\n
  3. Think about who you would like to show these films to, your family? Your fellow students? Your community? Your work? Consumers?\u00a0Remember it is often more effective to aim for a smaller but engaged group.<\/li>\n
  4. How much time and resources do you have to put into this? You probably are working or studying and organising screenings is not your full time job! Be realistic about the time you can invest in organising a screening, maybe find a friend or colleague to help you.<\/li>\n
  5. Do you have a budget? We only have a limited budget to support screenings at this time. It is very possible to host an engaging and effective event with minimal cost but it does take some planning.<\/li>\n
  6. Think about what venue or location might be the best place to reach the people you want to target? It could be something as simple as your university hall or your lounge. Or you could approach different community buildings to see if they will host a free screening. Perhaps a library, a local cafe, some restaurants have private rooms you can book. Are there already regular screenings taking place where you could submit the films or theme? Get creative. \n

    1. Is the venue easily accessible?<\/li>\n
    2. Do you need to borrow a projector or does the venue provide it?<\/li>\n
    3. Screenings often work better with less natural light, if your event is outdoors, perhaps think about an evening event.<\/li>\n
    4. What is the sound quality like?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      6. Voc\u00ea vai apresentar o evento pessoalmente ou vai convidar um especialista ou ativista para isso? Ser\u00e1 que o seu grupo de com\u00e9rcio justo local poderia falar sobre consumo? V o grupo da Anistia Internacional poderia falar sobre injusti\u00e7a social. Se houver conex\u00e3o de internet r\u00e1pida no local do evento, poder\u00edamos realizar uma transmiss\u00e3o ao vivo com algu\u00e9m da equipe ou um parceiro.       7. Voc\u00ea vai realizar atividades em grupo ou debates depois de cada filme?<\/li>\n
      8. O evento vai ser realizado em que hor\u00e1rio?<\/li>\n
      9. \u00c0s vezes, as pessoas gostam de incentivos para comparecer a eventos. Voc\u00ea pode conseguir algum lanche?<\/li>\n
      10. Voc\u00ea pode incluir outras iniciativas verdes, por exemplo, realizar reciclagem ou usar copos d\u2019\u00e1gua reutiliz\u00e1veis em vez de garrafas?<\/li>\n

        1. Agora que voc\u00ea j\u00e1 confirmou todos os detalhes, chegou a hora de come\u00e7ar a divulgar o seu evento. Reserve o m\u00e1ximo de tempo poss\u00edvel para isso, pois pode ser a parte mais dif\u00edcil.<\/li>\n
        2. Fa\u00e7a cartazes impressos e tamb\u00e9m para divulga\u00e7\u00e3o on-line. N\u00f3s criamos uma s\u00e9rie de modelos com identifica\u00e7\u00e3o de marca e diferentes imagens que voc\u00ea pode usar de acordo com o seu evento:<\/li>\n
        3. Crie um evento no Facebook (adicione-nos como realizadores para que tamb\u00e9m possamos tentar divulgar entre as pessoas da sua regi\u00e3o), compartilhe o evento e pe\u00e7a aos seus amigos para fazerem o mesmo.<\/li>\n
        4. Crie uma p\u00e1gina no Eventbrite.<\/li>\n
        5. Crie um compromisso na agenda e convide os seus amigos e colegas, e n\u00e3o deixe de adicionar um lembrete de notifica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li>\n
        6. Busque o jornal e a esta\u00e7\u00e3o de r\u00e1dio da sua regi\u00e3o.<\/li>\n
        7. Convide jornalistas locais.<\/li>\n
        8. Inclua o evento em diferentes sites de divulga\u00e7\u00e3o on-line.<\/li>\n
        9. E n\u00e3o se esque\u00e7a do bom e velho e-mail!<\/li>\n
