Gustavo Ulcué

Gustavo is an indigenous communicator from the Nasa people with experience in communication and investigation processes both with indigenous communities and other social groups in Colombia. He has more than 10 years of experience as a filmmaker for indigenous peoples and organisations, and for Colombian Public Television. He is a judge for indigenous film festivals such as: the International Festival of Indigenous Film and Television CLACPI, The Anaconda Prize and the Festival of Indigenous Film and Video in Colombia – DAUPARÁ. Currently he is part of the communications team for the National Organisation of Indigenous Peoples of the Colombian Amazon – OPIAC, in the consolidation of the National Plan of Indigenous Television and the Public Communications Policy of the Indigenous Peoples of Colombia.
