Sarah is an Indigenous Woman from Tana Makaleang Village, Seko Tengah, North Luwu. She is the daughter of Piter Karra, one of the citizens of Seko and the oldest man who was criminalized.

Although her father was still in custody and she had experienced intimidation, this did not dampen her determination to stick to her stance. Sarah joined the struggle with the indigenous women in seko to resist the construction of Hydroelectric power plant and was at the forefront when tear gas was fired by police officers.
